I don’t create training: I get learners and managers to take an honest look at the sources of gaps in performance and then work together to create and implement multi-faceted approaches for better learning. I’ve dedicated the last twenty years saving people from irrelevant, patronizing, boring training and bad study skills. I work with clients to analyze previous performance, and design training solutions that make people and teams feel empowered, and work better.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE TRAINING COURSES (ENGLISH)

Bilingualism forms a key part of the federal government’s HR strategy, but not everyone feels prepared to do a language exam. Employees may have out-of-date study skills, a deep-seated fear of exams, or just not know where to start. I engage with learners to set priorities and create a task-based learning program that develops communication skills and produces more efficient, confident speakers.

COACHING FOR LANGUAGE LEARNERS (All languages)

For those times when language training just isn’t enough. If you (or your learners) are burnt out, fed up, anxious and/or angry, it’s time to get away from the “teacher-led” model of language learning, and move to a method that helps learners holistically. I am an accredited Neurolanguage Coach (certified by the International Coaching Federation) and have decades of experience working with so-called “problem learners”.
